We offer a 30-day return period. This means you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
To start a return, please contact us at info@oliviaandclaireottawa.com. All returns must first be approved by our team. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please note: Approved returns must be shipped to our return facility in China. The return address will be provided after your return request has been approved. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
